a little wish for you....

after preparing my Christmas card kits for my Graphic 45 class over at Scrapbook Generation, I suddenly got in the mood to take a little break a make a sweet card for you...

I have just been itching to use the beautiful Christmas papers from The Girl's Paperie (oh, and the sweet little image from Crafty Secrets : )! 

So, my wish for you as the holidays approach.... a merry Christmas!

Happy Thanksgiving....

I am grateful for my family and being able to spend this day of thanks with them.

I am so blessed.... I have my beautiful family, our health, cozy home (which feels wonderful on a cold, freezing rain, gloomy day like today), my faith and wonderful friends like you!

I hope you all are having a wonderful Thanksgiving and are making lots of happy homemade memories!

I was working on this project as a farewell to the Graphic 45 "Baby to Bride" paper collection....

then I realized I could use this as some Spellbinders inspiration as well. I used the hearts, scalloped hearts, rectangles, scalloped rectangles and the ovals. Every crafters room should be well stocked with these dies. So, if you don't have any.... you need to stock up! But oh, how I hate to see this beautiful paper collection be discontinued, it is so soft and sweet. But, not to worry.... there is another collection coming our way that is just as beautiful!

Graphic 45 anyone....

Good evening everyone! Seems like all I do lately, is apologize for being away so long. I had to take a break to deal with some family sadness.  I am still very sad, but ready to move forward. Here are some projects made for Graphic 45.....

This layout makes me happy... my three kids all together for a photo, something that does not happen very often. They are growing up so quickly and I just love this little paper strip "love you more everyday" it speaks straight from my heart.
