Graphic 45 Christmas card class....

here are the pictures for my card and tag class at Scrapbook Generation this Thursday at 6 pm.

happy dance...

is what we are doing! My daughter (Megan) has been working really hard all week, trying out for basketball at school and guess what.... SHE DID IT!!! She made the team! We are so proud of her. This week has just been crazy... seems like there is just not enough time in the day to get everything done. Thank goodness I had this little beauty tucked away to share with you...

I used lots of pretty soft pinks... the chipboard card, paper and the sweet little image are all from Melissa Frances. 

My graphic 45 class tonight at Scrapbook Generation was a full one and I am exhausted tonight, so I think it is time to catch some zzzzzz's!

another angel....

my little girl! This layout is loaded with Graphic 45 "Steampunk" papers. I am addicted to these adorable little butterflies....

and these angels... they are like doilies... can't stop with one!

These papers are absolute gorgeous, but be on the lookout for another knock-out line! Short and sweet today... thank you for your visit.

that is what my mother is to me. She is such a sweet, gentle and kind person, who is always busy doing for others. Life without her would be impossible.  I made this little project with her in my mind...

the sweet angel, the soft flowers and the delicate doily... all reminders of my mother and how she is such a blessing to me.

I'm back....

seems like lately I am a bad blogger. Sometimes life keeps throwing unexpected curves in the road, this is certainly my case, but I am back now and I have a couple of projects to share with you. First up is a card using Graphic 45 "Hallowe'en in Wonderland" paper collection....

the next one is another Halloween card using a sweet little image from Crafty Secrets and papers from The Girl's Paperie and Graphic 45.....

or yourself, when you think about taking this class! Here is my October class kit... it is a Journal/Calendar (2011) featuring Graphic 45 Le' Romantique papers. Inside this wonderful Graphic 45 album, is 6 pockets so you can tuck away receipts, pictures or anything else you can think of. In between each pocket are individual calendars for each month and note cards. In the back are journaling cards. This would make a great Christmas gift!

We will be using Glimmer Mists and doing a lot of inking so, please bring a brown colored ink pad! I hope you love this project as much as I do and I hope to see you in class! To sign up... go here and give them a call.

mmmm sweet fall....

I so love fall time... the cool, windy days (just like today) the beautiful colors of the mums and pumpkins and speaking of pumpkins... I just got back from the candy store! Every year at this time I can't wait for my favorite snack mix... the "fall festival mix" you know.... the 3 flavors of candy corn (cinnamon is my fav), pumpkins, yellow corn and jelly beans! mmm mmmm good! My candy jar is filled to the brim!

I also love the new Girl's Paperie Toil & Trouble papers! The colors and patterns are fabulous together.
